Program Description: This 4-hour workshop with Chef Jason Winterfeld of JB’s Food Truck takes you on a tour of Italy. Jason will teach participants culinary techniques while cooking up some delicious Italian Cuisine. Participants will learn how to make tomato and basil bruschetta, parmesan and mushroom risotto, handmade pasta with alfredo or marinara, chicken piccata, and tiramisu.
This hands-on workshop is sure to impress your next dinner guests. All ingredients and culinary instruments will be provided. After everyone makes their dishes at the Culinary Kitchen, take time to mingle and taste your creations in the Arts Included Gallery at HAEC, where a welcoming dining atmosphere and wine paring will be provided.
