Drum circle starting at Arts Included Gallery

A new program at the Arts Included Gallery will be presented by North Node Wellness within the Huntington Arts & Entrepreneurial Center (HAEC).

The therapeutic, facilitated drum circle environment invites people to the gallery who wish to explore mindfulness through rhythmic exercises using percussion instruments. The “Groove and Soothe” program will be offered once a month in the gallery at HAEC from 1 to 2 p.m., starting Saturday, Oct. 23.
