Carrillo Offers Art Workshops

Artist America Carrillo will be offering two workshops in May. The schedule is as follows: • Saturday, May 22: Mural Painting for Kids – Paint a Wall. • Saturday, May 29: Art Sales 101 – How to Sell your Art. Both workshops will take place at the Huntington Arts & Entrepreneurial Center (HAEC), 32 E. Franklin St., Huntington.   The Indiana Arts Commission has announced the six teams that have been selected to participate in its On-Ramp Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator. Emley Couple Starts Food Truck

After almost 10 years of catering, Brad and Sarah Emley decided to bring their BBQ business to the road by buying a food truck.In April of 2021, Brad and Sarah bought their truck. Around this time they also started using the Huntington Arts and Entrepreneurial Center (HAEC) to prep their food. Huntington Arts and Entrepreneurial Center receives grant from 1st Source Foundation

Huntington Arts and Entrepreneurial Center, a collaborative community project of Pathfinder Services, the LaFontaine Arts Council and Huntington University, received a $5,000 grant from 1st Source Foundation.
